​Notes for domestic shipping:

  • Both of the shipping fee rate for Poslaju and Skynet shown are for next day delivery (estimated delivery time is around 2-3 days).

  • During festive seasons, the delivery time may be delayed.

  • We are not held liable for any items which may be seized, damaged or lost during the shipping process.

  • Please check with the delivery provider with your tracking code if you were to ever encounter any problems with your shipment.

​Notes for international shipping:

  • The estimated delivery time listed applies to major cities only. Delivery to areas outside of major cities may incur additional days.

  • Packets, parcels or other merchandise are subjected to custom inspection and clearance. Items subjected to customs inspection and/or clearance may incur an additional 48-72 hours.

  • Items may be subjected to additional control and domestic rules of the destination country. Where such circumstances occur, the customer is advised to deal directly with the relevant authorities.

  • International customers may be required to pay custom fees when receiving foreign shipments and the shipments may be opened for custom inspection.

  • We have no control over any fees/tax imposed by your country’s government and we cannot be held liable for any tax imposed, actions taken by custom officials and we are unable to provide any form of compensation or replacements for any items lost, seized, or damaged during inspection or shipping process.

​We will first charge the minimum shipping fee based on the estimated weight. However if the item(s) is large, we will have to charge additional shipping fee. For those who are charged with additional shipping fees, please make the payment within 20 days or we will not ship out your item(s)
