What is Pre-Order?A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. Pre-order items will be offered on a first come, first served basis in cases of manufacturer stock shortages. Ordering before closing date will give you a lower chance of obtaining the item(s) you want. Hence, we advise customers to place an order as soon as the pre-order item(s) is added into our store to have higher chances of obtaining.

What is New Arrivals?New arrivals are item(s) which have just arrived to our store. In short, they are ready stock item(s) which have just arrived. The item(s) under new arrivals will be moved to ready stock section after 1 month since they had arrived.

What is Ready Stock?Ready stock item(s) are item(s) which are already in our store and ready to be shipped out as soon as payment is made.

I want an item that I don't see in your store. Can you get it for me?Yes, we are able to do so. Please message us either at the live chat in this website or at our Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/Omakase9900/). We will try our best to look for the item you wish to search for.

Can I cancel my order?Please take note that we do not allow order cancellations. Please ensure that only the items you wish to purchase are in your cart before proceeding to and completing the checkout procedure. If you are absolutely in need of a cancellation and have a valid reason, please notify us as soon as possible along with your name, order number, order item(s). Any deposit payment made for pre-order item(s) order is strictly not refundable, unless we're unable to obtain the item(s).

The product page for an item I ordered is now gone. Is my order cancelled?Your order is valid if the item is still listed in your order. We will sometimes remove the product page of items for which we can no longer accept new orders, such as initial releases of items with a re-release available, and items that are limited in supply.

Can I receive a discount if I order x amount?We do our best to offer the lowest possible prices for our items. As such, we are unfortunately unable to offer additional discounts for large orders, etc.

Can I give my order to another person?Orders may not be transferred. Any attempt to do so may result in all orders being canceled and/or permanent closure of all involved accounts.
